BC Housing commissioned this video to showcase the beautiful work mural artists are doing on one of their not-for-profit partners in Hogan’s Alley. They wanted to highlight the festival’s focus on Black history in Vancouver in a snackable social media video.
BC Housing wanted a snackable social media video to commemorate this ceremonial occasion and generous gift from the KFN, honoring their partnership in Renewing the Riverview lands. We adapted a longer version of the event to this Facebook video with the use of natural sounds and text-on-screen. This video is designed to be viewed with or without sound.
This social media video was produced 1:1 square for social media use. We kept the video under 1 minute and utilized text on screen for narrative. We used colours according to the company’s best practices guide.
